How I get the personal information and why I have it
I will collect your personal information when you contact LSP Hair to enquire about a service, book an appointment or have a service.
This information is needed to ensure I arrive at the correct address for your appointment and I am able to carry out the required service.
The information is stored and referred back to for future appointments.
Your personal information is only used by Lyndsey of LSP Hair and will never be passed on to any third parties.
How I store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a password protected mobile phone and laptop. I also have a paper copy stored away in a locked cupboard.
I keep your personal information including name, address, phone number, email address, medical information, skin test results and a record of your services for six years from your last appointment. I will then dispose of your information by deleting from my electronic devices and shredding any paper copies.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
